Biography
Ms. Turner is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice area of Seyfarth Shaw. Ms. Turner has experience in the representation of management in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including litigation of discrimination and retaliation law suits in state and federal courts and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Turner’s litigation experience also includes representation of management in the defense of employment-related breach of contract and tort claims. In addition to employment matters, Ms. Turner represents employers in connection with traditional labor relation matters, including union organizing efforts, collective bargaining, arbitrations, and unfair labor practices.Education
