Biography
Mr. McMahon is an associate in the Real Estate practice area of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in complex real estate finance transactions, often with multiple levels of debt, including leasehold mortgage transactions, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, construction loans, “take-out” transactions, construction loans with conversion features to permanent loans and the financing and development of condominiums and cooperative properties. Mr. McMahon has particular experience closing mortgage loan transactions for securitization in the capital markets. He also has worked extensively in structuring and closing mortgage financings for affordable housing transactions, including tax-exempt bond transactions and government subsidized mortgage lending programs.Education
