Biography
Mr. Katzoff is Of Counsel in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on general business and securities law. He represents both venture capital funds and emerging companies in structuring private equity investments. His practice in general corporate and contractual matters includes preparation of joint venture and licensing agreements. Mr. Katzoff also advises broker-dealers with regulatory compliance matters.
