Biography
Ms. Solley is a partner in the Employee Benefits Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She serves clients on a wide range of legal matters pertaining to employee benefits and executive compensation, including defined benefit pension plans, group health plans and stock options, as well as fiduciary responsibility under ERISA. She has worked with public companies and their employee benefits needs for over 20 years, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. In 1988, she drafted one of the first cash balance plans, following the changing legal environment for such plans since then. Her fiduciary counseling has focused on benefit plan committees, both administrative and investment, and their members.Education
