Biography

Mr. Goldstein is a partner in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He concentrates his practice in a wide array of complex real estate and general business transactions.  Mr. Goldstein’s practice is national in scope, he has represented owners, developers and contractors in development and construction matters and has represented landlords and tenants in commercial, office, retail and industrial leases.  He frequently represents lenders and borrowers in substantial loan transactions, including taxable and tax-exempt bonds, workouts and restructurings.  He is involved in land use and environmental matters and has structured and formed many joint ventures.  Mr. Goldstein is and has been actively involved in community affairs and charities for many years.
