Biography
Mr. Goldstein is a partner in Seyfarth Shaw LLP's Boston office concentrating his practice in a wide array of complex real estate and general business transactions. His practice is national in scope, he has represented owners, developers and contractors in development and construction matters and has represented landlords and tenants in commercial, office, retail and industrial leases. Mr. Goldstein frequently represents lenders and borrowers in substantial loan transactions, including taxable and tax-exempt bonds. He is involved in land use and environmental matters and has structured and formed many joint ventures. He is and has been for many years actively involved in community affairs and charities.
