Biography
Mr. Ferng is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has significant litigation experience in both federal and state courts and served as second chair in two cases which reached defense verdicts. Mr. Ferng previously externed with the Honorable William H. Alsup and the Honorable Ronald M. Whyte, both of the United States District Court and Northern District of California. He has served as Assistant Regional Counsel for the Social Security Administration in San Francisco. Mr. Ferng also has experience in professional liability, products liability, and insurance litigation.Education
