Biography
Mr. Rotkin joined the Firm's Business Services practice area from Mandel Resnik Kaiser Moskowitz & Greenstein P.C. He gained significant experience in the practice of finance, business and real estate law at prominent Wall Street law firms. Mr. Rotkin has handled sophisticated legal work on behalf of such clients as investment banks, industrial companies and other corporations, real estate developers and private equity investors, and international banking institutions, involving large real estate and equipment acquisitions, project development and finance, cross-border banking transactions and broad-scope investment programs.Education
