Biography
Mr. Preonas is a partner in Seyfarth Shaw’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and a former member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He represents management in all areas of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination and employment discrimination litigation, NLRB proceedings, labor negotiations and arbitration. In addition, he has substantial experience in FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, CAL-OSHA, and OFCCP litigation. He has tried dozens of employment cases and has argued over 30 appellate cases.Education
