Biography

Ms. Robertson is an associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice Group of the firm’s Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on corporate transactions, outsourcing arrangements, and technology issues. Her corporate practice includes stock and asset based mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, commercial contracting and general corporate matters. Ms. Robertson’s outsourcing experience encompasses a broad variety of complex business process and information technology outsourcing arrangements, covering claims processing services, human resources services, finance and accounting services, information technology services, supply chain operations, commercial printing and mailing services, sales and call center operations, and other services offerings. In her technology practice, Ms. Robertson has assisted clients with the negotiation of software licenses, application service provider arrangements and various other technology services agreements.

Ms. Robertson has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including the energy, insurance and financial services, biotechnology and pharmaceutical, construction, restaurant, and credit reporting industries. Companies represented range in size from newly formed start-up entities to widely held public corporations.
