Carl K. King

Biography

Mr. King is Of Counsel in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice centers on real estate and environmental permitting and litigation. He regularly appears before zoning boards and conservation commissions in Greater Boston and at state agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection. He was instrumental in obtaining approvals for expansion of Burlington Mall and South Shore Plaza and served as chairman of his town's Zoning Board of Appeals. He is a guest lecturer at MIT's Department of Urban Studies and Planning. He also serves as Massachusetts counsel for several national retail chains in the clothing industries and served on the Property Law Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He presently is a member of the Individual Rights and Responsibilities Section Counsel and a director of the Saugus River Watershed Council.>
