Biography

Mr. Mesnard is Of Counsel focusing his practice in the fields of general civil litigation, employment discrimination litigation, and workers’ compensation defense. He has represented defendants in a variety of cases including negligence, products liability and wrongful death cases. Additionally, Mr. Mesnard represents defendants in employment discrimination and wrongful termination claims. Mr. Mesnard has also handled numerous cases arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act at both the hearing and appeals level, as well as a variety of civil litigation in both the District of Columbia and Maryland state and federal courts.
