Biography
Ms. Jackson is an associate in the Business Services Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice is focused on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of equity and debt, general securities law compliance and other corporate matters.
Ms. Jackson was commissioned as a naval officer in the United States Navy in 1996 and served on active duty at commands in England and South Korea until 2001. She graduated from Tulane Law School in 2004 with a Certificate in Admiralty and Maritime Law. From 2004 to 2006, Ms. Jackson worked abroad as a corporate finance analyst.
