Biography
Mr. Ross is a partner in our San Francisco office practicing traditional labor law. He has extensive experience representing management before the National Labor Relations Board and in appellate courts including a successful argument before the U.S. Supreme Court in Laborers Health & Welfare Trust Fund for N. Cal. v. Advanced Lightweight Concrete Co., 484 U.S. 539 (1988). Mr. Ross also advises clients on how to lawfully and effectively respond to union organizing and collectively bargains labor contracts on behalf of management. He also trains management and statutory supervisors on legal compliance under the National Labor Relations Act.Education
