Mr. Crosman is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
Mr. Crosman’s experience includes the following:
- Specializes in labor and employment law,
- Experienced in labor and employment litigation and arbitration on behalf of companies and their management in state and federal courts, before state and federal administrative agencies and before arbitration panels,
- Advises management on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour laws, terminations and reductions in workforce, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition, privacy issues, and compliance with employment-related statutes.
