Biography
Ms. Stephenson is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She focuses her practice on defending and counseling employers in a wide range of industries on complex labor and employment matters, including wage and hour class actions; employment discrimination actions; wrongful termination and sexual harassment actions; and labor disputes such as primary economic and unfair labor practice strikes and secondary boycott activities. Ms. Stephenson also focuses her practice on providing defense in civil rights disability access cases filed in state and federal courts throughout the United States, and counseling clients on ensuring compliance with state and federal disability access statutes, codes and regulations in both employment and places of public accommodation.Education
