Biography
Mr. Flynn is an associate in Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. As a member of the Environmental, Safety & Toxic Torts Practice Group, his practice includes environmental and OSHA litigation and regulatory compliance counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Flynn served as Risk Manager and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Bloomington, Indiana where, among other things, he was responsible for ensuring the city’s compliance with all OSHA and environmental matters. He also has experience litigating numerous cases before federal administrative agencies.
