Biography

Ms. Zamost is a partner in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, involved in advising clients regarding all aspects of employee benefits, including plan design and operation, fiduciary responsibilities, benefit claims, and general compliance issues, with respect to both private and public employers, and single employer and multiemployer pension and health and welfare benefit plans. She is also an experienced ERISA litigator.
