Biography
Justin K. Beyer is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Justin has litigation and counseling experience involving a wide range of complex commercial contract disputes, real estate litigation issues, and business torts, including matters arising from breach of contract disputes, trade secret appropriation, and premises liability disputes. Justin has significant experience in representing commercial clients in a wide-range of litigation matters, including:
- Representing landholders and leaseholders in real estate disputes, including land purchase agreement disputes, fraudulent conveyance disputes, property boundary disputes, and property torts ranging from intentional interference with property rights to abeyance of nuisance actions.
- Representing corporations and individuals in complex contract disputes, including corporate dissolution and shareholder disputes, breach of contract actions with affiliates and employees, and breach of contract actions under the UCC.
- Representing corporations in business tort cases, including tortious interference with contract actions, premises liability actions, and agency disputes.
