Mr. Crainer is a partner in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP focusing his practice in the area of tax law. He concentrates his practice in tax and corporate law advising corporations, not-for-profit corporations, real estate investment trusts, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships on operational issues and on structuring and documenting acquisitions and joint venture transactions.Education
