Biography
Ms. Stoffer is a partner in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Before joining Seyfarth Shaw, she spent several years practicing with a large international firm headquartered in New York and served as in-house employee benefits counsel for Time Warner Inc. She works extensively with clients on retirement plan design and complex testing and compliance, as well as merger and acquisition issues and fiduciary issues. In addition, she focuses heavily on executive compensation matters, including nonqualified deferred compensation plan design, equity plans, and employment and severance arrangements. Ms. Stoffer is experienced in welfare plan compliance, benefits issues connected with PEOs and employee outsourcing arrangements and has extensive experience dealing with collectively-bargained pension and health care issues, including negotiation of such matters.Education
