Biography
Ms. Williams is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw. Her practice is focused on both labor and employment litigation and counseling, with representative experience in conducting equal employment opportunity and diversity training. Ms. Williams also has experience defending national FLSA and discrimination collective and class actions.
Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw in 2006, Ms. Williams was associated with a national labor and employment firm. Ms. Williams previously worked as a Human Resources analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. where she consulted the firm's business units to design and implement professional development initiatives and managed a firm-wide training program.
