Biography

Mr. Hahn is a partner in the litigation and employment law practice groups of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's New York Office. His practice focuses on commercial litigation cases involving contract disputes (including software licensing, franchising, and insurance matters), and class actions relating to antitrust, securities, bankruptcy, products liability, banking, toxic torts. He has developed specialized expertise in matters involving employment compensation and trade secrets/restrictive covenant related issues. He has recently been involved in the recovery of embezzled funds from a local federal savings bank. He has been involved in numerous internal corporate investigations, including deceptive sales practices, and unsafe banking practices. Mr. Hahn served on active duty from 1986 to 1990 as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He is also a member of the Firm’s Diversity Action Team.
