Biography
Ms. Murphy practices in the Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Department in the Houston office. In her commercial practice, Ms. Murphy defends clients in actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth in Lending Act, Texas Finance Code, and Consumer Protection Statutes. In her employment practice, Ms. Murphy has defended employers in ERISA, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits both in state and federal court.Education
