Jason Jarvis

Biography

Mr. Jarvis is an associate in the litigation department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He has extensive experience as an appellate litigator, having briefed and argued cases in the federal Courts of Appeal and briefed matters before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Jarvis also has trial and pre-trial litigation experience in a wide range of substantive areas, including antitrust, securities, class action, health care, labor and employment, finance, and significant administrative and regulatory practice before various United States agencies. He has counseled clients on labor issues, work place discrimination, intellectual property, and international law, as well as on transportation issues related to airports and aviation. Mr. Jarvis served as a law clerk for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder, Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
