Biography
Mr. Belew is an associate in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and is a member of the Business Law Practice Group.
His practice areas include a broad range of general corporate transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate formation and governance, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private placements, and complex security matters (Sarbanes-Oxley, periodic reporting obligations and compliance issues, and other related disclosures and filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission).
