Biography
Mr. Fairbanks is a partner providing planning and consulting services to individuals, business organizations and not-for-profit corporations in the areas of estate planning, probate and taxation. He has written and spoken for the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education, and the Illinois CPA Society. He has served as chairman of the Estate Tax Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and was a member of the Executive Committee of the Federal Tax Committee of the Chicago Bar Association.Education
