Biography
Dana L. Fleming is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department in the Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw, LLP. For years, Dana has focused her academic and professional energies on issues related to education law and policy. In addition to her law degree from Boston College, Dana earned a Masters in Education Administration, studying practical issues such as school finance and public sector labor law.
Since graduation, Dana has worked as a litigator, representing school and university clients throughout New England. As part of her work with schools, Dana developed a deep interest in the liabilities associated with student suicide, and has written extensively on the subject.
