Biography

Mr. Glenn is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP in the Sacramento office and is a member of the Firm’s Complex Discrimination Litigation and Wage & Hour Litigation Practice Groups.  Mr. Glenn represents employers in state and federal courts in the State of California and before federal and state government agencies such as the EEOC, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Department of Fair Employment & Housing, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Mr. Glenn’s Complex Discrimination Litigation practice focuses on advising and defending employers in employment discrimination litigation, particularly in class action and multi-plaintiff cases.  Mr. Glenn represents employers in class action and multi-plaintiff claims involving discrimination on the basis of disability, age, sex, race, national origin, and other protected classifications.  He also represents employers against claims of wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation.

Mr. Glenn’s Wage & Hour Litigation practice focuses on representing employers against claims under the Federal Labor Standards Act and the California Labor Code of unpaid overtime, meal and rest period violations, and other wage and hour violations.
