Biography
Ms. Sieve is a senior associate in the Los Angeles office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, in a wide range of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, business torts, unfair business practices, and trade secret disputes. She has significant experience litigating consumer class actions, wage/hour class actions, and disability discrimination cases. Additionally, Ms. Sieve is available to assist in patent litigation and other litigation involving complex technology.
Upon her graduation from law school, Ms. Sieve served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas Tang of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
