Biography

Mr. King is co-chair of Seyfarth Shaw’s Business Immigration Practice Group. He represents U.S. and international firms in procuring temporary and permanent work permits and visas, both inbound and outbound, for their owners, investors, specialist personnel, and professional staff. He also represents international firms and individuals in establishing and maintaining a commercial presence in the United States, with an emphasis on complex commercial contracts, tax planning, and resolution of commercial disputes.

Mr. King served as an Adjunct Professor in the Research, Writing and Appellate Advocacy Program at Emory University School of Law from 1993-94. He is also conversationally fluent in the French and German languages.
