Biography
Mr. Shultz is a senior associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, focusing his practice on resolving disputes involving commercial and government-funded construction projects. He has experience litigating construction and government contract cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Shultz also has experience representing government contractors in bid protests. He works with and advises clients through all phases of disputes, from claim preparation to mediation, arbitration or litigation. In addition to litigating, Mr. Shultz regularly drafts and negotiates contracts for clients in the construction- industry.Education
