Biography
Ms. Jollay is an associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She represents management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, wage and hour violation, business torts, and class action litigation, with a particular emphasis in the areas of wrongful discharge, employment discrimination, and harassment. Her practice also includes employer advice and counseling, conducting workplace investigations, and conducting management training programs (including harassment prevention training programs for supervisors and managers in compliance with Government Code section 12950.1).Education
