Biography
Ms. Floyd is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP where she represents management on a broad range of employment matters including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discharge.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Floyd served as a law clerk to United States District Judge T. John Ward in the Eastern District of Texas.
