Biography
"Joseph" Brown is an associate in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Brown focuses his practice on financial transactions and subject matters related to commercial finance, including bankruptcy, the uniform commercial code, debt reorganization, and banking litigation. Mr. Brown has helped both large financial institutions and small family-owned businesses to close a great variety of financial transactions. In addition, Mr. Brown takes great interest in laws related to healthcare, immigration and public policy. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Mr. Brown gained experience as an in-house counsel for a major Midwestern bank.Education
