Biography
Mr. Ashe is a partner representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His main areas of practice are employment litigation, employment class actions and counseling. Mr. Ashe defends employers in discrimination litigation, wage and hour matters, trade secret cases, wrongful termination actions and matters involving unions. He advises clients in various aspects of human resources management, including employee privacy, employee discipline, employee policies and handbooks, sexual harassment, prevention and disability matters.
Mr. Ashe speaks widely to management groups on employment related issues. He is often quoted in newspapers and magazines on employment law issues.
