Biography
Jason Burritt is an associate in the Business Immigration group in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Burritt handles all aspects of immigration and nationality law, including processing of B, E, H, J, L, O, and TN non-immigrant visa petitions, applications for labor certification, Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher and National Interest waiver petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, and naturalization.
Mr. Burritt is a member of the Seyfarth Workforce Authorization (SWATeam) and has extensive training and experience in the workforce authorization compliance area. He advises clients with regard to I-9 compliance and provides related training programs.
