Biography
Mr. Goldstein is a partner in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. He focuses his practice on corporate law, with an emphasis on health care and closely held businesses. Mr. Goldstein regularly counsels physician group practices on health care business issues and fraud and abuse. He also represents companies in the health care, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate sectors, functioning as an outside general counsel for those companies.
Prior to law school, Mr. Goldstein was a Certified Public Accountant and worked in the audit department of a Chicago-based middle market accounting firm. Mr. Goldstein was honored to be selected to the Leading Lawyers Network in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008, and to the Illinois Super Lawyers in 2007. Mr. Goldstein is also AV Peer Review Rated by Lexis/Nexis Martindale-Hubbell – the highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability.
