Biography
Mr. VanLonkhuyzen concentrates his practice in the areas of general finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and general corporate law. Mr. VanLonkhuyzen regularly represents lenders and borrowers in connection with syndicated loans and secured financings, as well as investors and borrowers in connection with venture capital financing. Mr. VanLonkhuyzen has also represented registered companies and others with respect to matters under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including proxy solicitations and periodic reporting requirements.Education
