Biography
Ms. Geraghty is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Amy St. Eve, of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Ms. Geraghty plans to focus her practice on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Section 1981 of Title 42 of the U.S. Code and Americans with Disabilities Act.Education
