Mr. Mintz is an associate in the Litigation Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice includes litigation of trade secrets cases, franchise and dealer disputes, fraud cases, shareholder disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and general litigation within the employee/employer context, including suits for breach of restrictive covenants and theft of proprietary business information.Education
