Biography
Ms. Zinanni is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Groups at Seyfarth Shaw. Ms. Zinanni has experience representing clients in a variety of transactions, including public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, holding company reorganizations, financings and other business transactions.
Ms. Zinanni has experience helping clients comply with the laws, rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Nasdaq Stock Market and the New York Stock Exchange. She has also assisted clients in complying with changes in the securities laws, including the new executive compensation disclosure requirements, securities offering reform and changes in the current reporting requirements. Ms. Zinanni has represented clients responding to shareholder proposals and assisted clients to implement corporate governance policies.
