Biography
Mr. Resnik is a partner in the litigation practice group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and has been a litigator for over thirty years. Mr. Resnik has personally handled through conclusion numerous trials and appeals in the state and federal courts in such varied and diverse areas as corporate; securities, real estate; trusts and estates; insurance and discrimination litigations. His litigation experience also includes representation of clients in a wide range of administrative proceedings, as well as securities and commercial arbitration proceedings.Education
