Biography
Ms. Benner is a partner concentrating her practice in the area of labor and employment law. Ms. Benner represents clients in traditional labor relations matters, including arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB, and management-labor disputes.
Ms. Benner also has extensive litigation experience defending employers in wrongful discharge lawsuits and in employment discrimination actions involving Title VII, ADA, and ADEA claims. In addition, Ms. Benner regularly provides counseling to employers on matters of employee discipline, sexual harassment policies, investigations and training, unionization and employee separation agreements. Ms. Benner joined the firm in 1988.
