Biography
Ms. Francis is an associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice Group of the firm’s Atlanta office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property issues. Ms. Francis’ experience includes prosecution of trademark applications, counseling clients with regard to copyright matters, issues regarding rights of privacy and publicity, and representing clients in trademark and unfair competition litigation. Ms. Francis has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, insurance and financial services and biotechnology and pharmaceutical. Companies represented range in size from newly formed start-up entities to widely held public corporations.Education
