Biography
Robert Pearce is an associate in the Business Service department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. His practice includes concentration in real estate transactions, commercial development and leasing. Mr. Pearce has had experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and related documents in connection with office and residential subdivision projects on behalf of developers and lenders. In addition, he has experience in the negotiation and preparation of both retail and office leases on behalf of landlords and tenants in a wide range of settings.
Mr. Pearce has substantial experience advising and representing wireless service providers in lease negotiations and in dealings before land use boards, including representation in connection with matters involving the role of the Telecommunication Act of 1996 in local regulation of telecommunication companies.
