Biography
Ms. Tyman is an associate representing management in the area of labor and employment law. She has experience litigating matters under various federal and state statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and numerous related state laws. In addition to single-plaintiff matters, Ms. Tyman has experience litigating multi-plaintiff and class action cases.
Ms. Tyman also represents management in the area of labor relations, including proceedings before the American Arbitration Association.
