Biography

Ms. Kraft is a partner practicing in all areas of employee benefits law, including executive compensation, qualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans. She regularly counsels clients on benefit plan design considerations, plan administration, fiduciary responsibility, claims procedures and disclosure requirements. Ms. Kraft has assisted clients in addressing compliance issues, and in mergers and terminations of a number of qualified plans. Ms. Kraft has also helped numerous clients in preparing and implementing severance plans and related release agreements. She has negotiated many different forms of employee benefit agreements including executive employment agreements, executive separation agreements, third-party administration agreements and investment manager agreements.

Prior to focusing her practice in the employee benefits area, Ms. Kraft counseled management clients regarding a variety of employment law matters, and litigated cases involving claims under federal and state medical leave, disability discrimination, and employment discrimination laws as well as independent contractor issues.
