Biography
Mr. Schwartz is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Mr. Schwartz is an active member of the firm’s nationwide ERISA Litigation Practice Group, Traditional Labor Practice Group and the Fair Credit Reporting Act Task Force.
Mr. Schwartz regularly assists in the defense of complex litigation matters brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the National Labor Relations Act. He also litigates discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Finally, Mr. Schwartz trains and counsels employers and consumer reporting agencies on how to ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related state laws.
