Biography
Ms. Heiliger is a Senior Business Immigration Specialist who works extensively with foreign nationals as well as with human resource professionals in gathering information for and preparing initial, extensions of and amendments to nonimmigrant and immigrant visa product lines, including H-1B, L-1 and TN, as well as labor certification applications and immigrant visa petitions. She has significant experience with labor certification applications, as well as applications for naturalization.
Ms. Heiliger graduated from Berry College with a major in Mathematics, and has worked as an immigration paralegal since 2004.
