Biography
Ms. Cullison is a partner practicing employment litigation. Her practice focuses on advising and defending management in employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and defamation, with an emphasis on unfair competition and trade secrets violations, including litigation through trial. In her twenty-three years of litigation experience, Ms. Cullison has also represented national brokerage companies, banks, airlines and contractors in a variety of commercial litigation, arbitrations and trials, including lender liability claims and errors and omissions, and has been involved in all aspects of construction law, including negotiations, arbitrations and litigation. Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw LLP, Ms. Cullison was with Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon LLP in San Francisco for 17 years. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable A. Andrew Hauk, then Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court, Central District of California.
